Mikado LT, connections without a PC
Mikado LT is a modular “stand-alone” device. It can be connected to a vehicular radio or a Mototrbo repeater, enabling a variety of applications without the need for a PC. The tool is capable of handling multiple functions and connecting to multiple devices simultaneously.
Mikado LT configuration: the modules
The MM-A-112 Mikado LT Processor Module is the heart of this solution. All other modules, however, are optional and add additional interfaces, such as:
- H-MO-IO102, I/O module, 8 inputs/2 outputs (max 10 modules);
- H-MO-O101, Out module, 8 outputs (max 10 modules);
- H-MO-T104, analog telephone interface module (max 2 modules);
- H-MO-A112, additional SIP module (max 1 module);
- H-MO-I102, Intercom interface module (max 2 modules).
Application of MM-A-112 Mikado LT: SIP or analog telephone interconnection
The MM-A-112 module functions as a telephone interface with direct connection to the accessory port of Motorola repeaters. It works in both analog and DMR modes, offering anIP-type interface with SIP protocol. If an analog type interface is required, the Analog Telephone Interface Module (H-MO-T104) can be added.
Application of MM-A-112 Mikado LT: alarm management
The MM-A-112 module can be connected to major fire or intrusion control panels via serial port or IP via MODBUS and ESPA 4.4.4 protocols. The device can send text messages or pre-recorded audio messages to radios to notify them of the presence of an alarm.
