MikroTik manufactures equipment for networking and Internet connectivity. The brand’s best-known products are definitely Mikrotik Wi-Fi routers and wireless broadband equipment for Wireless ISPs.
Present in almost every country in the world, it is a Latvian company based in Riga. MikroTik’s experience in building routing hardware and systems that are highly compatible with popular industry standards led to the creation of RouterOS software in 1997.
MikroTik router and software
It is a tool characterized by stability, high controllability and flexibility for all types of routers and interfaces, developed on Linux kernel. Thanks to RouterOS any PC or MikroTik RouterBOARD can become a dedicated router.
Since 2002, the company has started manufacturing its own branded hardware under the name RouterBOARD. To date, the company has a portfolio consisting of more than 160 products.

MikroTik Ethernet Router, the New
The company offers a wide selection of Ethernet routers based on its RouterOS operating system. Cloud Core Router integrated units are the latest addition to this range.

The company provides desktop switches for medium-business level fiber connectivity CR 100 and 200 range, but also desktop and rack mounted switches for enterprise level fiber connectivity CR 300 range.
