SELEA Qentry Software

Qentry is a multi-user software designed for the management of parking lots and parking spaces, both public and private. Provides advanced functionality for parking space administration, including management of permits, schedules, and calculation of occupancy costs. It also allows specific access to be managed for special categories of customers, such as VIPs or family groups, and for special vehicles, such as ambulances, law enforcement, and vendors.

Qentry is designed to handle special categories of vehicles, such as ambulances, law enforcement, vendors, or special customers, which can log in automatically regardless of the conditions set for other users.

Residence and family group management

In settings where only one vehicle per family group is required to have access, such as in residential complexes or campgrounds, Qentry is the ideal solution. When the maximum number of available seats is reached, Qentry prevents additional vehicles in the family group from entering, allowing access only when a reserved seat becomes free.

Management of dwell times and rates

The software allows you to control dwell times and manage hourly rates, which can vary by user category.

Monitoring and reporting

Qentry monitors the maximum number of available parking spaces and signals when the parking lot is full. The software also alerts when someone attempts to enter without permission or is denied access.

Anti-Passback Function

Qentry detects when a user tries to log out without having been registered as an incoming user or tries to log in with the same credentials as a user who has already logged in but not yet logged out.

Search Engine

The software includes an intelligent search engine to look up the history of license plates, users, categories, waypoints, alarms and control areas.
